Adapt Customer Supplied footwear for ADM, , for use with ADM Unilateral / Pair

Charge for adaption of customer supplied footwear (pair) to accommodate an ADM.

The supplied footwear must be:

Good quality shoes with a solid EVA mid-sole
One piece rubber outsole bonded to she. Shoes without a rubber outsole are not suitable
Heel width >=57mm for sizes that take a Larger ADM eg., Small-Medium upwards
New Balance 974 or Reebok Classics are an ideal choice as they have simple soles and are good quality shoes. We can accommodate more complex mid-soles, but some of the details may be lost.
